General terms and conditions
These terms and conditions of sale of the BONNIE&CLYDE Body Jewelry e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the e-shop) apply to purchases made from the BONNIE&CLYDE Body Jewelry e-shop. The seller of the goods is EliChe Inc OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the seller), legal address Tõnismäe tee 16-10 Hulja, registration code 16587645, phone +372 56712333, e-mail address.
These terms and conditions apply to all legal relations between any person (hereinafter referred to as: the customer) and the seller in relation to the purchase of goods through the BONNIE&CLYDE Body Jewelry e-shop. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally modify and amend the terms and conditions at any time by publishing the new terms and conditions at the following website address.
/. The customer has the opportunity to read the terms and conditions before making a purchase and the customer agrees to the terms and conditions when making a purchase from the e-shop. In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia shall apply to purchases made from the e-shop.
2. Help with shopping
2.1. Placing an order
The customer selects the goods they want from the e-shop and adds them to the shopping cart. The customer enters his/her personal data (name and surname, e-mail, telephone, company name, address), selects the method and place of delivery and confirms the order.
The customer pays for the goods using the payment methods offered by the seller or by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice. Before paying the invoice, the customer checks that the information on the invoice corresponds to the customer’s actual request. The customer shall pay the full amount of the sales price and delivery charges in advance for the order. The seller sends the customer an e-mail confirmation of receipt of the order and an invoice. The sales contract between the seller and the customer enters into force from the date of receipt of the full amount of the purchase price paid by the customer into the seller’s current account or the payment environment used.

Settlement is in euros (€). Payments are intermediated by Montonio Finance UAB.
EliChe Inc OÜ is the controller of the personal data, we transfer the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance UAB.
2.3. Delivery of goods
The seller will complete and dispatch the order within 24h after receipt of payment. Orders are posted on weekdays (Mon-Fri). In the event that the seller is unable to bundle the products requested by the customer, the seller will contact the customer to agree on a replacement or compensation.
Delivery is based on the mode of transport selected in the shopping cart and at checkout.
For delivery options, we offer the following options:

- Itella Kuller
NB! A transport fee will be added to the purchase price.
Goods can be sent within Estonia to SmartPost parcel machines or by courier. Outside Estonia, goods are sent by courier to the customer’s delivery address or to a parcel machine. The delivery price is displayed at the checkout.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.
The ordered goods will be shipped no later than 24 hours after the purchase amount has been credited to the e-shop’s bank account.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days (the customer will be informed and the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer’s account upon request).
2.4. Exchanges and returns
All products ordered from the BONNIE&CLYDE Body Jewelry e-shop are subject to a 14-day exchange and return policy. To exchange or return the goods, please send an e-mail with the customer’s name and contact details, the defect (with photo proof if possible) and the proposed solution.
. The seller will reimburse the amount of the goods to be returned, together with the original postage, within 14 days of the return of the goods. In the case of an exchange, the seller will send the customer a new product once the exchange product has been returned to the seller.
Return and exchange transport costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the customer has been sent an incorrect or defective product. The right of return and exchange does not apply to products that are damaged by the customer or unusable for hygienic reasons at the time of return.
2.5. Dispute resolution
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage or any other consequences, including delay in delivery, resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer when fulfilling the order, if this is due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper use of the goods ordered and use of the goods contrary to the instructions.
Disputes between the seller and the customer will be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Board (Rahukohtu 2 Tallinn 10130, http://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) and the Consumer Disputes Committee (Rahukohtu 2 Tallinn 10130, http://www.komisjon.ee) for out-of-court settlement of the dispute or to the Harju County Court. In addition, the European Union’s ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform is open to all customers for resolving complaints with e-retailers at.
